The Starlite Motel operated at 1108 West Cedar in Beresford, SD until about 2002. A. Zweifel purchased the motel. In June of 2003, the front half of the motel was moved to the J. Johnson farm southwest of Beresford, SD to be used as a residence after renovation. A. Zweifel built the Starlate Plaza directly east of where the motel once stood.
